Billie got her start as a simple taxi driver with quashed aspirations of being a racer, and after meeting Johan she's able to pursue her passion as the Septet's leadfooted getaway driver. She's boastful, and has a bad habit of diving into situations with minimal thought beforehand, but her talent behind the wheel is undeniable. She's able to push any vehicle on tires to its absolute limit, and even when her reckless driving style gets her into accidents she has yet to land in one she wasn't able to fix in the nick of time. Beyond driving, she knows her way around a wrench and could ramble for hours about machinery and repairs. Her immeasurable passion in nearly everything she does is a frequent source of inspiration for her comrades, as well.
