An alchemist was mixing a cauldron of a healing solution, when they passed out from being awake for 48 hours straight and accidentally spilled a mysterious substance into the brew. When they came to, they found the contents of the cauldron had come to life into a sapient gelatinous mass. The newly named Jil later went on to study alchemy and now runs their own potion store.

They're very gentle and affectionate, squishy to the touch, capable of healing via touch due to them being made of a healing potion, and quite gifted in the art of potion craft.
